Samuel lots of channels like this will starve themselves for the whole day leading up to their meal, such as this one, and then do lots of cardio after. It’s quite an unhealthy diet since the meals that include keywords to get views happen to have little to no nutritional value. I mean look at the how quickly she did that first bite
