for those of you who don’t know: Takoyaki are ball shape japanese snack food made of wheat flower batter, cooked in a molding pan. they’re usually filled with octopus (hence Tako, meaning octopus in japanese) tempura scrap pieces (tenkasu) pickled ginger, and green onion. they are then glazed with takoyaki sauce, and most of the time mayonnaise, then sprinkled with green laver ( called aonori) and sometimes bonito shavings. it is usually eaten as a snack, similar to a hot pocket i guess or as an appetizer at a restaurant. ☺️hope you enjoy

Takoyaki all has octopus it is just paired with other toppings. The dried fish flakes are called bonito flakes I believe. Looks delicious! Love you SAS
