ENJOYYYYY this is just a lovely sound assortment c: I had a lot of fun picking out the triggers for this one, I got to do some I hadn't had an excuse to use in so long! Hopefully the lighting effects of this one will help you drift off to sleep! Oftentimes I find myself flipping my phone over eventually when I'm really tired, but I like to WATCHHHH while I'm falling asleep :(

You saying "it would be weird for a roleplay to get dimmer" made me think that you could do something set right at sunset, so there's pretty strong orange lighting at the beginning, and it fades to a deep twilight color over the course of the roleplay. Lots of options for that, like anything set outside, or just hanging out with a friend after a rough day and letting the fading light usher us to sleep.

For some reason, I thought that when Gibi said “darker,” she actually meant “more grisly.” I was convinced she’d start by stroking a fluffy rabbit plush or coloring with rainbow markers and would end up using some Halloween-themed triggers. I’m both relieved and disappointed that this wasn’t the case 😆

I can finally watch the asmr as it happens and not have to worry about the light keeping me awake! I usually turn my screen brightness completely off at night to avoid the light, but this is the perfect fix!

Love the dimming concept! Not sure if it would destroy the plastic but maybe soak the grapes in vinegar and/or soapy water to neutralize the smell? Vinegar has such a strong smell it can overpower anything and then be washed off. Those grapes sound really nice so any way to make it less unpleasant for you to use them would be great lol

Hi, I've been suffering from mental health issues with symptoms such as anxiety attacks, depression, lack of sleep and intense dreams when I do. I had no idea what ASMR was and am still learning. Honestly, I never thought that that would be something that I would watch but I've been trying to break away from the familiar. I got a little information on the subject and then came across your videos as my introduction, so to speak. It was a completely new experience and I found myself smiling the whole way through. I was completely drawn in and instantly relaxed by your video. Last night I watched it before I went to bed and it was just what I needed to lull me off to sleep. I really appreciate discovering ASMR and your videos... I've been living off of the same Netflix/Headspace sleep story as I can't afford to subscribe to both. Now I feel like I have access to so many more incredible pieces to help soothe me. I'm so grateful that I have found this. It gives me a new hope for easing so many of my symptoms. 11:45 Hayao Miyazaki talks about this idea a lot! In Japanese the word for it is "ma" and it translates (roughly) to emptiness. I like to think of it as breathing room. We talk about it often in film because that emptiness is what allows for emotions to build or settle. It also prevents the viewer from becoming emotionally exhausted.

Totally loved the idea! With every change in the light I immediately found myself twice as sleepy and blinking more, but every time it took longer before I consciously realized the video got darker and it was affecting me. Until I completely zoned out and fall asleep! 😊

You need alprazolam, my ninja. I used to fall asleep after like 45+ minutes of trying, and then have PTSD nightmares, and wake up feeling unrested, upset, angry, and helpless. Now that I take Xanax, I still have all the latter stuff, but I fall asleep in like 8 minutes tops.
