I often am up until 3, 4 in the morning due to my ADHD with my mind and body refusing to stop moving, even though I’m physically exhausted. Prescribed meds do help me stop moving physically, but I swear it’s ASMR that settles my brain down. I’ve tried so many different artists, and while I love certain videos and aspects, Sophie is literally the only artist who can calm me with every video. She is so darn talented! Anyway I am so grateful, Sophie, for all the work you put into these and that you often get me to relax and fall asleep earlier than 3 a.m.! You are such a blessing to so many! 💙 xoxo
