I think she had posted some of the ear cleaning videos of the second ears in her older videos. And maybe Shili want to enjoy the process without the camera recording. 👀👀 So maybe she only record the cleaning of the first part and do not record the second part

What even is this video? I clicked for the nose cleaning but then the ear cleaning was goosebumps too. And then she started pulling the hair and the hair cracks were soooo amazing.
