I just discovered ASMR today, and as someone with two young kids and bad anxiety/panic disorder this is the BEST thing in the world. I am so incredibly relaxed right now! Haha
the first time i watched this i fell asleep halfway through. so when i woke up i took a warm shower and then watched it again giving myself a spa treatment. this was so relaxing. i really appreciate the hard work you do, and this was very helpful.

Just watched the q and a from back in March and you said you liked rock. Give a listen to some prog rock and jazz. Maybe some alternative and funk as well.
