I have been to most psychiatrists in and near the capital of my country (severe ocd, depression, anxiety, and used to be in psychosis) and not a single one had that chair. Im from eu tho so maybe its a us thing

I had a therapist from my teenage years till early 30s and my therapist he used to give me goosebumps with the way he talked. I always wondered why I got goosebumps this was before ASMR Videos were a thing. I was to nervous and embarrassed to ask him. I wish I could talk to him now and discuss it and discuss ASMR and how much it helps me and the wonderful communities I'm a part of. But I moved to Florida from Maryland it's been 8 years and he is most likely retired.

Wonderful!! I went to therapy a few years ago but it was nothing like this. I just had to talk and he listen and that was it. If it was like this Glow therapy I wouldn't have given up.

7-8 hours is definitely necessary for good sleep. If you sleep healthy hours you'll find you wake up slightly earlier than you normally plan to, and this is a good feeling, especially when you don't feel tired once you start doing this automatically.

This roleplay is cosmic; if you ever give up making ASMR videos? Maybe becoming a therapist would be a real life job role? You really had me thinking, it was a one to one with a real therapist. You asked some deep stuff like; when there is no enemies within; you maybe find there is enemies without yourself? My answer was my ex girlfriend; we were great lover's; so why does she hate me so much now? So it was deep stuff for roleplay and ASMR.
