неделю назад у меня начались ежедневные панические атаки. на протяжении 5 дней и ночей я просто не знала, куда себя деть, деперсонализация, дереализация, жуткое чувство в грудной клетке, с которым я никак не могла совладать, не могла отвлечься ни на что, не получалось от слова совсем. на 3 ночь я вспомнила об асмр, начала искать кого-то, кто бы смог меня успокоить, а потом вспомнила о тебе. твои видео очень помогали мне, я их смотрела, слушала и днём, и ночью. спасибо большое за твои старания❤ знай, что для кого-то ты стала местом комфорта и успокоения
