I’m not a huge fan of look at blue light while trying to sleep because it hurts my eyes so I’m not a huge fan of this or that because I can’t really choose when I don’t know what I’m choosing. So you should make a this or that sound version. So you make asmr sounds and I can choose which one I like the most. Like a sandpaper noise versus a bubbly noise

Today I decided I wanted to go to bed early, so I actual did for once. Except, I couldn't sleep. I started worrying about the future and started having some Not Good thoughts. After a while I decided I wasn't falling asleep any time soon so I watched a show to distract myself, but that didnt really seem to help either. In the meanwhile it had gotten preeeety late and it was already starting to get light out, so I thought, what the hell, I'll just go for a walk! So I walked for a bit, sat on the beach for about 30 minutes, calmed myself down, walked back home, crawled into bed and what do you know! Gibi has posted something that'll detract me even more while falling asleep. Thank you. Really.
