I have this weird condition where my ears get really red and inflamed if anyone ever touches them, or if people even breathe on them. I can't even lay next to someone in bed because it will trigger an inflammatory response if they breathe on me. I can't have my glasses or my hair or a hat or anything like that touch my ear, and sometimes even sunlight shining on my ears will trigger that. This is great exposure therapy to learn to be calm when something touches my ears, without something actually touching my ears! I've realized my impulse is to tense up whenever there's a sound that is made by touching the mic. Now I can work on relaxing. Thank you
