What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for: Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. This is just a fancy name for a tingly or calming sensation caused by different sounds/visuals that we call "triggers". Most people have their favorite type of "triggers" that help cause the sensation. Whether it be visual like lights moving, hand gestures etc. or sounds such as whispering, soft speaking, tongue clicking and more. ASMR typically will cause a tingly sensation in people that starts at the head and moves down the neck and to the shoulders. However, if you don't experience this sensation it doesn't mean ASMR isn't for you! ASMR is great for helping people calm down, de-stress, relax, helps with anxiety, depression, insomnia and so much more!!

A very clever format. Idea for future videos - gadgets. You dont need complicated props, rather focus on audio. Buzzing, machine sounds, maybe camera sounds like memory removal from MIB. Apart from that, since the agent is a newbie, you can give him demonstrations as to how to work the gadgets. Also, maybe an infiltration briefing? You can do it with a simple map and a pointer, explaining weaknesses/guards and such. Thanks for the ASMR!!

_The Impossible Mission Force that agent Shanny, Code Name: Mother, put together for me was impressive. My IMF team was mostly unfamiliar to me. Though I was well acquainted with agent Luna, Code Name: Whispering Pizza. The only non-Vegan among the hackers assigned to Section 17. Was a bit worried about agent Rachael, Code Name: Crinkle Lovin.' She had been with the agency a very long time. Then again, so had agent Jim Phelps. Would have to keep a close eye on her._ Hey Shanny, this was awesome! I loved the original Mission Impossible series. Wish they had revealed a bit more during the original run than that Phelps and the others worked at Section 17. Great role-play. And, Happy Belated Mother's Day. 💖💖💖

Often times in real spy work, most of the job is just gathering data on people who may or may not be connected to a national issue. Most of the time it's just intelligence gathering for the sake of gathering info. It's a lot of boring paperwork and just tapping phone lines and reading emails. Don't ask how i know about irl intelligence surveillance.

Unfortunately, those 7 deployments have led to a 17 year battle with combat related PTSD. Insomnia is a real issue for me because of the anxiety that fills my body and soul as a lay down to sleep. I know the nightmares are waiting causing my HR to climb making sleep damn near impossible. Gibi was the ONLY one that could counteract that anxiety.. until you. Not only did you counteract it, you actually brought a calmness to my heart and I didn't think was possible. With your permission, I would like to show a few of your videos to my Wounded Warriors brothers and sisters. I'm the local president of my chapter and once we are allowed to meet up again, I would very much like to share you and your videos with my brothers and sisters who battle these combat related anxieties that cause the majority of us to fear sleep. I feel like you possess a very special gift that could really impact the lives of many of my brothers and sisters who don't deserve to continue fighting the war inside their heads. The absolute biggest compliment I can give you is that your ability to erase that anxiety can and will save lives.
