Thank you I have anxiety and a lot of panic attacks. 😢 I had one at school today because I was really good at writing last year 😊 and (now I am primary 7 British) got 17/20 my writing test and today I got my results and got 7/20 😢 my bestie told me her score she got a waaaay better score she got 15/20 we were so happy for her and we having a sleepover tomorrow because her mum was so proud well done bestie!🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Yes!! Omg I thought I was the only one who sleeps with my wrists turned inwards. I think it’s because I like to hold a blanket near my face. After awhile my wrists began to get sore and painful when I’d wake up from sleeping like that all night. I try to be more aware and avoid doing that now.
