This was amazing from start to finish! Incredible! Also, you remember my castle! A little more lore for you which I originally shared with my patrons, but you did mention it…. Upon exiting the castle you head to the local tavern where you encounter a vampire hunter, and while you don’t know them, they absolutely know you and want to know if you have a key on you… Do what you will with that 😉
@@SirimiriASMR Of course I remember the castle! This is one of my favorite videos! Vampire hunter you say... Do you know what I did that time when I left the castle with the key? I locked the door behind me from the outside and threw the key back into the castle through one of the open windows, so that no one else would find it and be able to enter the castle. I told you I was totally got into the story... The vampire hunter gets nothing. But! My thoughts about these hunters: How do they know that I might have the key? Maybe I ended up in the castle because of them? Were they trying to use me to get the key? (The rage grows) I think I need to buy "Scream of the Banshee" and take a walk around the castle walls, especially during the day. It looks like this could become a series.😆

... I know it's you but I can't deal with your accent coming out of this face. Every part of my brain expects a loud American southern drawl. (Please don't think I'm suggesting that because I've never liked a deep south accent in ASMR!)
OK, maybe you're too young. The likelihood of travel agency in the 70s having computer terminals (no computers in the business at all until 1977, and those computers wouldn't have databases) would have been small. Most airlines would have had computer terminals, but the travel agents would have called the airlines. The reservation would have been typed on a typewriter with the confirmation number from the phone call to the airline. A travel agent back then sat at a desk making a lot of calls. Desktop computers didn't exist until 1977 (The Apple II, The Commodore PET, and TRS-80 computer). Mainframes did exist in the 70s. The large mainframes of the IBM 360 series occupied at least 400-500 sq/ft MINIMUM. If the S/34 was available, it could have been run in a regular 15x10 ft room, but all mainframes would require a high amperage connection to the electrical grid (which most businesses would not have until the mid 70s) until the mid 1980s. You'd also need a couple of nerds to run things. Having said all that, I "watch" your videos by listening to them because of your silky voice. You can do no wrong with that voice!
I was only talking about this yesterday, there’s a fantastic Steampunk event next weekend and if I pick up some fab new items (highly likely) then I’d imagine another vid won’t be far behind!
