Hi everyone!! A day late but made it all the same. I broke one of my mics whilst making oil sounds recently and had to order another 😁 Also I'm just catching up after recording this ASMR mini series for Penguin (available to stream and download Thursday!) and I mixed my sleepy songs album last week in Switzerland! What a busy and wonderful time this is. ASMR is really happening this year and it's all down to you all being so kind and supportive. You really are an amazing bunch of love 💜 I hope you're doing really well this week. It's good to be here with a relaxed whisper video for you. I love to just hang out and have wanted to do that a lot lately. I have lots of plans for different videos coming up but will work on those later in the Summer when I can give them my full energy. Oh Emma... I don’t know why but when you were talking about crystals and saying you won’t talk about them because not everyone believes in them it was just the cutest thing ever! I’ll be honest they’re not something I’ve ever looked in to at all and as a general rule I’m a bit of a sceptic, but if you believe and they work for you don’t be shy, talk about them! I suffer from fibromyalgia and pain makes it hard for me to fall asleep. I came across the asmr movement not so long ago and ever since i discovered it, it has helped me greatly. Btw, ive seen loads of asmr artists but you are the only one that has been able to make me fall asleep. You are a blessing! Thank you all the way from Puerto Rico!

ASMR is so visual for me too. I need to “see” the sound being made or I don’t relax as much. So I haven’t quite been able to get into the audio only ASMR, but maybe I’ll get used to it. Yours would for sure be one I’m willing to try.

The regular rythm of these sound stimulations with the plastic cap is amazing😍 I think that the quality of the tingles depends not only by the styff used but also by the time of the stymulation and the rythm, like a song together with the whispers. 😍 Such a good production Emma, love listening to you😍 a big hug💕

I've grown up with my mom being obsessed with crystals and working with them. It's very thoughtful of you to not go very deep into the crystals in case that people wouldnt like it. I live very close to an Air Force base. When the plane went by in the video I thought it was a plane outside my house that was much closer than usual and broke through my noise canceling headphones! Definitely an awesome and authentic binaural sound. I even had to go back and listen again to make sure the sound was entirely on the video! Love this quality- and just love Emma in general. I’m looking forward to the new formats!

The lavender sounds were lovely. Lavender is such an amazing garden plant to have around. I have a white lavender that is currently hanging full of bumblebees and bees. Sometimes they bend the stalks almost to the ground. It's fun and relaxing to watch. There can never be too much lavender in a garden. It's so easy to grow, too.

That was the best outro to one of your videos I have seen so far! I’ve felt very off and almost ditzy today as a result of my antidepressants. I’ve just been very out of it and feel like my body is on autopilot and this video really grounded me and brought me back to reality in a sense, so thank you endlessly. I don't know how you do it. Usually crinkley sounds aren't appealing to me; I guess I find the noise too harsh sometimes, especially if I'm trying to relax or sleep. But the way you crinkled the bag of tea was amazing and so different than any crinkle sound I've heard before! Thank you for the amazing video, Emma!

ASMR for Your Commute is the same length of time it takes for me to drive to work. However, I’m not too sure how long it would be before I get sacked if I come in and fall asleep each morning 😂 but my students would love it (I’m a teacher!)

Wonderful video, Emma. I had to wait several hours before I was finally able to watch this, but man was it worth the wait. Coming from someone who has written several (fictional) books and stories, and journals every day, I definitely understand what you mean when you said that you have been putting all of your thoughts into your book (“word vomiting” as I call it, is very real). Everything in the video sounded wonderful. I especially enjoyed the sounds of the shower cap, the dried lavender and the beads. Lovely video as always. Keep up the great work.
