Keep in mind. Most Korean people are lactose intolerant, so their milk drinks are usually an alternative. They also have different nutritional standards for soft drinks. I’m guessing a big part of the problem was the milk reacting with the sprite. When you add co2 to milk it essentially curdles it

A tip on next time, Actually milk and any carbonated beverage is not a good mix because cola/sprite has phosphoric acid and mixed with milk that has healthy fat, the milk in the sprite will denature and form clumps resulting in curdling. The milk then will float to the bottom of the sprite after some time. The phosphoric acid and the calcium irons present in the milk can lead to the formation of insoluble calcium phosphate precipitates. these precipitates can further contribute to the curdling and separation of the mixture.
