I've wondered this myself. At times, it kind of sounds like Trans-Atlantic, like how they taught people in the 40's and 50's to speak in America. Very breath-y and float-y. Pretty sure it's UK though. Although, the way she says certain words make it appear that English isn't her first language. Who knows🤷‍♂️ still a great ASMRtist.
