Thank you for this video now I know where that USB splitter guess with USB cable from the pump. But what is the second USB cable that goes into the splitter? It's it the cable from the PC case?

Anyone know If this cooler comes with the necessary retention kit and screws for the LGA 1700/i9 12900k? Please help asap! I don't want to spend almost 5k on a rig and a 10$ part that's not in stock anywhere from stopping my build.

yes you can use it for your cpu, lga 1700 is natively supported

is the commander that comes with it the same as the commander core XT/commander pro? or is different and made just for the LCD cooler?

It's a Commander Core. Yes, similar to the XT but it's really for this cooler.

So I built a new pc with this cooler, do I need to download iCue software first for them to light up? Or do they turn on the moment u boot up ur pc?

They should light up when you turn on. Assuming you connected everything correctly
