But I've never seen the Seltz candies before 🤣 also the "tarallini", original name TARALLI, I can assure you that no Italian would never, ever, eat Lemon tasted taralli. Normally they are with olive oil, or rosmarino. The other snacks are quite good! Good morning from Europe and thank you for your lovely videos. I am looking forward to some Italians commenting on the lovely stories from the booklet. As someone who lives close to Italy (Serbia) those crunchy almond cookies are a constant request for anyone going to Italy to bring back. They will brake your teeth but they are worth it and delicious dipped in ☕.
so many awful , stressful things going on. To give myself a break from the news I always go to your channel. Because it is so good. Because it gives me that break and puts me in relaxed mood. Thankful for Debbie!!!
In France, truffle is also coveted and prized for the same reasons. But I think they use trained pigs (at least they used to) in France. Its in many Italian and French dishes, cheeses, and snacks. True truffle can be QUITE expensive, there are many ways it can be cut to make it go further and it takes away from the pure truffle taste. It just isn't the same. But typically in snacks you cannot taste the difference. In meals and cheese you can tell. True, quality truffle from Europe is incredible tasting and everyone should experience it. My first was through a sheep cheese when I living in Paris. I couldn't get enough. It cost nearly 100 euros for such a small prize. Worth it.
