What is ASMR?
“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

Have you ever thought of doing a read in your whispering voice? Of course you would have to put a good good good in there. Your voice and small sounds when pronouncing words is the biggest relaxation aspect for me.
