i absolutely love the quote “you are going to suffer one of two ways, either through the pain of discipline or through the pain of disappointment”. i’m only 23 but i’ve been working on my discipline since i was 18 because i didn’t want the life some of my friends had (which their lives at the time seemed to cause them nothing but disappointment). it’s such an easy quote to understand yet extremely difficult for people my age to grasp but im wondering if it’s because people want things to be easy. nothing in life is easy, everything takes some type of effort. you never fail to inspire me each day, thank you. are you able to do a video where you give advice to first time home owners? my fiancee and i recently purchased a home and any tips you might have for the future to come will be appreciated!! much love!

I needed this. Im 20 and the past year ive been gradualy letting myself go. From stopping working out eating bad to giving in to every craving and using alcohol more or less every other day for ”happiness” this past month. Ive been deflecting for too long and just letting my life fall through. Not anymore though. I rather have the pain from dicipline than this disappointment. Thank u for this vid.
