Timur gets adjusted by so many people, which is not without risk! All these people use their own techniques, some of which look suspect. Most of them don't even have a basic chiropractic or massage table; so I doubt they have relevant training/education or chiropractic/massage licenses. Timur should ask each provider for their license before getting treated. I would suggest for him to stop taking neck "adjustments".

Russian chiropractors and masseurs seem to explain pretty well. They communicate with audience in a structured manner while doing their stuffs. This is what i love about Russian style which is unique to their own.
I suffered from sciatica for about a year before I went and saw a practitioner of shiatsu. It was out of desperation and I figured it wouldn't work but it ended up saving my back. I went to him once a week for a year and it helped the extremely tight muscles in my back to finally relax so that the herniation causing my sciatica could start to "heal". The guy in this video reminds me of my shiatsu therapist, it looks rough but for those that need that type of therapy it is so worth it.
Timur never faces down when laying on the massage bench. This is not good for him & also lowers quality of the video content. Timur should always face down when laying and never face sideways

I never really thought about Russian language as a soothing one to hear considering it can be quite loud and aggressive sounding sometimes.. but now listening to this it is actually quite good to listen to. Sometimes it gets a bit loud but the language itself is really good to listen to

@@davidarundel3931 school's usually teach a certain set of techniques. Beyond that you need to learn for yourself how to handle the patients' bodies and how to get into the tissue. Making up those techniques sounds worse than it is... Because he knows the anatomy and obviously is doing this job for some time.
