This is such a lovely and soothing video, Rachel. I loved all the different triggers you put into this! I’m putting some time stamps below for the parts I enjoyed most, and that gave the best tingles. 1:47 & 3:47 instructions 4:07 finger counting 7:00 & 9:37 wiggling fingers 10:25 face touching 15:10 mirrored touching

This strangely improved my eyesight a little- like Lowkey being serious- Also the thing when she told us to look at her nose as we tried to tell the amount of fingers she held up, I heard that's actually called the "zooming out" method for naturally improving eyesight
