This was so comforting to watch. As someone who struggles with low energy levels due to CPTSD, it's so validating to be able to see that someone else is also taking it slow and dealing with multiple crying sessions/emotional meltdowns a day. Thank you so much for sharing your journey and for being honest and open about it. What you do truly matters and it helps others. Keep being gentle with yourself, you are not alone, we are all in this together ❤

Wow, congrats on such a productive day even with all the highs and lows. I relate closely to your burnout and whenever I have to go out 2+ times in a day it’s always such a battle physically and mentally. It’s awesome looking back with perspective but tough to always keep that mentality afloat. Your vid’s are always comforting

Ah I really envy your grocery haul, in Germany things are getting so expensive and because I'm doing so much sports I have to buy literally the cheapest stuff I can find to get enough food, but I'm finding myself not getting enough nutrients from the cheap veggies etc 😢 the supermarkets in the Netherlands are soooo nice!

I understand how you feel about letting conflict with a person get to you. It really sucks that it's near impossible to avoid when you are going through conflict of any kind so it's good to know I'm not the only one who gets overcome by that sometimes
