Are you talking about the red spot up by the frog? I think that's a bruise. I've seen similar spots on cow hooves on the hoof GP. He says they are bruises and by shaving down the centre part of the hoof, it relieves the problem by raising that spot up where it doesn't receive any more strikes from stones. The edges of the hoof is the toughest part; that's why they can nail through it. the centre can indeed get bruises from stepping on stones.

Man you know what I can't even pick my favorite part. The way you sculpt that frog so masterfully is somethin' else. Love the before and after bits. Or maybe it's how the subtitles sometimes say "[music]" as you're working lol. Stunning work as always!

the horse isnt hurt at all in fact their hooves are like wood forthw people who feel bad for this its ok and this is why u should make ur horse’s hoof look clean

You seriously should try to use manual focus. It's dizzying sometimes when the hoof goes in and out of focus repeatedly, ie: when clipping the outer wall, etc. Anyway, as usual, love the video.
