I did lasik this past year (5 months ago now) and (this sounds dramatic) but it was truly life changing!! Highly recommend!! The surgery itself was 15 min and then you're out and they give you a pill to go to sleep and then by the time you wake up, you basically can see perfectly! I had friends that had some itchiness but honestly, I didn't really feel anything afterwards (besides just awe that I could see the mountains in the distance without contacts making my eyes uncomfortable at all times)

I haven’t had LASIK personally but I always hear people say they would recommend it over and over again. I recently witnessed a content creator I love go through it and she said the pain was minimal. And she could see 1-2 days later. Just read reviews and choose your clinic wisely! There are some great ones out there that will make you totally comfortable. Btw congrats on your engagement girl!!!

I hope you get to read this to encourage you to absolutely do the Lasik surgery . I had one 6 months ago ( I had -1.25 and -1.75 eyesight) I was very stressed out and almost didn't go through with it the day of the surgery but tbh , other than some pressure on the eye I didn't feel a thing. The surgery takes about 30 seconds once they start ( drops to numb the eyes and that's it ) After the surgery I had to wear a sort of sunglasses/mask thing for a couple of hours and I had to use some artificial tears to keep the eyes from drying ( approximately 10 days post surgery ) . The day after Lasik my vision was already perfect and other than some sensitivity to light in the beginning I had 0 complications. 6 months later , perfect eyesight, no drops needed , no sunglasses needed 1000/10 would recommend
you said you're rough on your purses but the one from Wahaca still looks almost new! That must show the quality of it's make lol I also love LOVE yellow! And it looks so so nice on your top today! It was my grandad's favourite colour so it's been close to my heart :')

i used to be so ashamed of it, because of how angry it would make me haha and i never wanted to tell people i had it. but i'm slowly getting better with that and its a joke in my friend group that we can't eat popcorn during movies together 😝 i wish everyone knew about it so they'd be more understanding also i love loop!! they're lifesavers

Hey Sarah! First time commenting but I’ve been watching your channel for a year and a half now. You are by far my favorite Asmr Artist that I have watched and subscribed to. For the air pods my favorite case has been my Burga case! I’ve got the Pro’s and love them. Main reason I wanted the pros is because I hated the way the regular air pods fit in my ear. My husband got both of our Pros on the unclaimed baggage website. These are items that have been lost or left at airports. They were way cheaper and nothing was wrong with them. My air pod case does have a few dings you can kinda see from being dropped but if your putting a burga case over it it’s totally worth getting.
I had a great lasik experience!! I had -4.75 vision and now I can see a little better than 20/20! My eyes were very dry for 1-2 months post op, but I have not had eye dryness since! I only experienced pain for 1-2 hours after the surgery. It was not scary at all.
just my two cents on the Airpods question ☺I use headphones or earbuds almost 24/7, usually whenever I can, so I think the Airpod Pros were a good investment. I LOVE the noise canceling and transparency features, but the sound quality didn’t change much from what I remember. they fall out a lot less for me because of the silicone pieces and they’re a bit more discreet because of the size. personally, I like them a lot :))
the airpod pros are much better than the regular ones. they fit more comfortably in your ear and are noise cancelling. definitely worth spending your money on in my opinion!
I think part of the reason the leather hasn't worn down and frayed on you is because it's a bag strap rather than a belt. I've given up on leather belts because most companies tan the leather in a weird way that makes it overdone and when you bend the leather each time you hook the belt in place, it forms grooves which then become cracks. Glad you told me of your upcoming travel vlog. I hope you concentrate on the fun memories of traveling rather than the pressure of a professional edit; a lot of people forget that this platform was built on clips being presented in a super comfy home-movie way.
I'm 1/4 Finnish & met lots of cousins over there! Helsinki & Rovaniemi were great, but the small towns where my great-grandparents came from, plus Vaasa, where some cousins live now, were my favorites. Also I had LASIK in 2018 & 10/10 would recommend. My eyesight was -4.25 in my left eye & -5 in my right eye.
LASIK was like 3 hours of “simple eye tests” and 1 minute of actual surgery! I had a great surgeon who spoke to me through it all. And now it’s two years later. The bills paid. BEST DECISION

Sounds can get pretty tinlgy. big fan of your channel here. I also love your chit chat type videos. no i dont reccommend lasic... fyi you can correct your eyes vision problems by focusing them properly.. some eye docs teach you how, my mom did it. ... always stay natural if you can. 👈😎

Congratulations on your engagement! :) Re: gluing the wallet, I can't tell from the video what was behind the snap, but hot glue or e6000 might work because there's a little flexibility. I haven't had good experiences with superglue and metal or anything super absorbent like fabric.
Only had a few hours of sleep last night then passed out tonight watching this woke up and the video was frozen at 22 minutes it put me to sleep fast and when I woke up again for reasons not long ago I was laying the other way like I went through a full sleep cycle lol I’d be a good caveman alert while sleeping 💤 the casual theme is a relaxing background there’s nothing predictable and for eyes now I watched it all I think it is scary I watch a youtuber who got it and are having good vision it’s been years now. Also the white bag with buttons specifically the chain carry strap was a great sound please longer in another trigger video

Try Acuvue oasys contacts. Super moisturising. My eye dr steered me away from lasik for my personal prescription, but I’d go to a dr for their best opinion

I’m so different in terms of falling asleep 😃 id there is complete silence outside I feel so disturbed. Of course I won’t opt for the generator or construction works, however I love to hear far away train sounds, people or nature. And the light is so important to me, I feel so bad waking up in a room with black out curtains, when I can’t fall asleep I’m finally falling asleep when there is a hint of sunrise.
I would love a "coming back from a night out" video that involves taking off makeup and getting ready for bed and the white bag could make an appearance 😆
I had lasik eye surgery a year an a half ago with -4.75 in both eyes. It took about a year for my vision to become fully clear, so I would not recommend it for someone with -1.5 in both eyes. The changes were significant enough for me that I could still see, but it would probably be worse than what you are currently experiencing. Lasik eye surgery is a big risk and takes a long time to heal. Do not make this decision lightly.
