breaks are definitely needed! I have taken a break from creating ASMR content and took some time to get back to myself, taking care of my mental health and just breathing out because life has been very stressful lately.
so if you ever feel that you need a break from social media, work, school, friends, creating or doing something - allow yourself to take a break a step away for a minute to relax and breathe out!
