Loving the intro Somm. I believe the mistake is that you are using a wide glass that is suited for red wine. Im pretty sure that's it....Φοβεροσ για αλλη μια φορα!

Yup! Definitely try out "WILD ROCK" sauvignon blanc from New Zealand. Also ''MOREAU CHABLIS GRAND CRU LES CLOS'' , ''COOPERS CREAK'' " CLOUDY BAY'' and ''ANTINORI VILLA BIANCO'' great pinot grigio . Always cool down between 8-10 degrees celsius.

Could you do Grenache for the next wine video? Also I wanted to ask how the Israeli wine video is coming along

Grenache as a single variety would be kind of tough. I have done many videos with grenache used as a blended variety.Israeli wine has been postponed due to closed liquor stores in my country( not been able to purchase a bottle cause of lockdown). Will do it for sure though, thats a promiss.
