i have been listening to asmr for well over 4 years now and without a doubt i can tell you this video is the first one to make me tingle!! when you started walking through the breathing exercises i felt this intense tingling feeling all over my body and it was amazing!! +1

Must admit, this is the MOST RELAXING and CALMEST ASMR channel I think I’ve ever been to! I found this SO RELAXING and you were right about the falling asleep part.
