In this dash cam footage from Arkansas State Police Troop F trooper Morphis stops a dodge charger at Exxon in Lake Village Arkansas. The passenger Taiwan Colins of McGehee Arkansas was wanted out of Drew County Arkansas for a 2023 double homicide happened in Wilmar Arkansas he was then transported to the Chicot / Drew County Arkansas line to be handed over to Drew County Sheriff Department deputy Troy Harper

I kind of like this officer. he didn't try to arrest everyone in a five-mile radius. he was respectful, courteous. this is how we hope interactions with the police get handled. He didn't bully anyone didn't use his authority to be oppressive. was refreshing to see.

I am so obliged for the State Trooper and his honesty. He made sure that he counted the money in from of the camera. We need more like him and he definitely should be acknowledged from his department for this. He definitely needs a raise or a promotion.

Code Ann § § 12-12-1003 and 12-12-1008 (Arkansas Criminal Information Center (ACIC) records) 2. 5 U.S. C. § 552 (National Criminal Information Center (NCIC) records) 3. Op. Att'y Gen 2001-080 (marital status of employees and information about dependents)

I found 2 troopers with the last name of Morphis - Walker and Christian. Both names are associated with Chicot County, so this might be the same person, but IDK. Trooper Christian Morphis was named County Law Enforcement Officer of the Year for Chicot County Arkansas 2023.

They do. Arkansas state police doesn't wear Bodycams. Some Small town police, sheriff departments have Bodycams and some don't

How did he know the guy was wanted... usually, they just ID the driver in a traffic stop, don't they? Unless he recognized him from a BOLO pic. Anyway, it was an excellent job getting a wanted suspect.

No the charger was not stolen. The suspect was wanted for a double murder in Wilmar Arkansas that was form 2023
