Aspen is use to winning at 135, because her hits have more power in that division. But in 145 they are tampered a bit. She went through the trouble of an attempted weight cut that clearly had a toll on her 2 weeks ago. She has been laid off for almost 2 years, she took this fight on short notice, she also didn't realize it would be a 5 round main event. There is alot going against her, it was not the best idea for her take this fight right now, but I guess she needs to get paid and was counting on it the beginning of this month. She needs results within the first couple of rounds, if it goes into the 4th round, I think she will lose.
I think Aspen is a bit overrated in the rankings and have been waiting for someone to bust her down a few positions, but I don't think Norma is the one to do it.
These reporters needs to step up their game. How many times does Ladd has to say her opponent declined to take the fight. Consistent questioning of Ladd on whether Chiassson give an explanation why she declined to take the fight is appaling. MMA Reporters you can do better.
They’re trying to get a different answer from her. They probably want her to get annoyed and say something messy like “oh I think she’s scared that’s why she backed out” but Ladd is sticking to the same answer. I could be delusional but it seems like the reportes don’t do it ok accident.
People don't understand that she's transitioning from young lady to woman. The body changes are challenging. Everyone's body is different, easy for some, hard for others. She did not slack off the way Nicco & Makenzie did. She came out for weight looking weak & completely sick. The time Makenzie missed weight her smile proved she did it on purpose & already expected the missed weight. Nicco straight out just looked like she didn't give a damn. For Meisha to cyber bully this girl was a low blow. They all need to build each other up rather then go above & beyond to destroy emotions.
