Here is Part 2 of the video, where I present 5 more cars that can help you reach Champion league and my favorite tuning for each!
Other than these 10 cars, the only other cars I can think of that are Champion league worthy curently (as of Feb 2018) are MP4-25 in the 1650-1766 Rank range, Max Pro'ed Trion/Land Shark/Arash/Devel and BMW M2 Rank 1582.
Any other cars other than these mentioned or in the videos will be almost impossible to reach Champion regardless of tuning or skill.

If you ask me why I don't tune the Arrinera a bit higher (for example, Max5505 Pro5555 or Max4505 Pro5555), it's to avoid Rank 1747 Vulcans. It's important to stay below 1740 when risking points to minimize being paired with 1747 Vulcans because if you do, you will most likely lose. If you are driving, say, Rank 1750 Arrinera, you will almost always get paired with 1747 Vulcans when risking points.

Most often cars at or below your rank yes. It can sometimes take 2 consecutive risking to fully take effect though.

Ahhh the MP4-31 I have it too, amazing car, definitely a vulcan competitor, if only it had better acceleration and nitro duration to be an actual Vulcan killer, P.S it has better handling and drifting, but it is not stable in ramps or handling

Mine is 1491 to beat 1480. 1480 is 0505 5050 and mine is 0505 5151.

BMW Hommage also shouldn't be in the top 5 because they decided to put only one nitro exhaust on the right so it isn't symmetrical.

#10: No, not the sexiest car. That title goes to both Koenigsegg cars in the game. #9: GP2 Engine, GP2. AARGH! How the hell did this not break down yet? #8: Who cares about car ass? #7: You can tune to my tune of 5532 5555, rank A1659, only 1 km/h slower, and get better matchmaking than A1680. Unless you risk, where even my A1694 McLaren Mercedes does good.
