I'm starting an Infrared Asphalt repair business and am very interested in adding crumb rubber as well as RAS and Rejuvenator into my patches. I'm curious to see how the rubber will react when bombarded with infrared radiation for about 10 minutes.

Hi, I am just curious what this has done to the demand for rubber and if you are aware of any problems with getting enough rubber to fill the demand. Are other states starting to come on board or are they slated to come on board within the next 10 years?
