Maybe he treated Sandeep as any other ALC under him who disobeyed dm direct order.. He is focusing on the output to reach ethanol blending 25% that in future it will open up more jobs, more profites etc.. but he forgot that the labours increment is due for 3 consecutive years [present problem]. For Sandeep Ethanol and other aspects were not in scope. His focus was Labourer's present issue, not future.. Abhilash could have explained his BIG picture plan to Sandeep and then won his agreement. After all, he was his friend / guide... He choose to exert 'i am your senior" pressure on ALC.. there was the mistake.. !
Sandeep is always with the last milestone of the society but Abhilasb is creating a balance among Construction workers and industrialists. Balance is needed to create Employment
Maturity is when you realize that both of them shouldn't be involved too deeply in this matter. It was a bilateral matter between the laborers and the factory owner. In this case, the administration must act as a mediator, not as a participant, because the funny part is, if you participate from any side, you will feel right about it and the opposing side will be considered wrong by default. But they chose to take this matter to unprecedented heights, thus damaging their precious relations as well.
I can relate with Sandeep bhayya but he is an emotional fool. He may have attempted UPSC exams multiple times but at the end of the day, he didn't crack UPSC, Abhilash did. Abhilash may look like selfish but he is right, he has to look after everything.

Abhilash is a weak DM here. The moment riots happened Sandeep bhaiya should have been suspened and an inquiry should have been initiated. There is no space for personal relations in government service. Sandeep bhaiya's emotional behaviour was responsible for riots. DM ka main purpose pollution ko kam karna hai but pollution increase kisne kiya. DM ko bhi pta hai ki Labour ko chup krao bda easy hai but industrialist se bhidne per unki kursi ko khatra ho jaega. Yha Maturity, balance, morality etc sab bakwas ki bate hai sab power ka game hai. Here, Sandeep bhai is right.
The Maturity part here is that Sandeep bhaiya is Assistant Labor Commissioner not DM, His jobs relies with protecting the rights of labourers and thus making him emotional and there increment the situation got out of Sandeep bhaiya's hand into violence was his mistake but questions his all the previous decision just based on this situation is wrong on abhilash's part, Sandeep bhaiya needs think with the perspective of labourers not the industrialist, if we look more than 85% of time the owners are at fault, Abhilash should have counslted with Sandeep bhaiya first before putting him into review and the second point he should not have interfered with the tender on just receiving an random letter it was not his jurisdiction. Sandeep bhaiya may be wrong in short term..abhilash may be right in long term. Here, Aspirants Series teaches us.. about managing personal and professional work life, then it becomes really important that we understand, that not everyone needs your explanation or your sympathy but there will SOME persons in your life your true friends, family who definitely needs your unasked explanation..otherwise there begets bitterness in relationship. Sandeep is right because if you consider the case of elected people representatives they are eligible for pension . Its not about the creating employment, its about human right. In foreign countries even servant get decent salary

See Abhilash is not made for administration but for politics, PPL like him can change the country, as he is attached to PPL But on the other hand abhilash is a deserving administrative officer who thinks rationally of what is best possible from given scenario rather than trying to change the entire setup
