Hello Sir, I just put my order in for this vacuum and was wondering how yours is doing. I'm trying to find someone whose review is a year old to learn about its durability or if there has been any issues with it's performance.
This was a great review to find at just the right time! I'm having to return the last vacuum I bought because the spin cylinder stopped working. Then a vc repairman explained that manufacturers not only made it near impossible to open it for a repair/replace, but you can't get parts for it either. Now I see the Aspiron site does have replacement parts. So, my question for you is: how easy is it for me, the consumer, to get in it and change parts myself? TY
That's a great question! It's one that I cannot answer. Personally I try to fix everything I can lol but I've never had to repair this so I'm not sure how to answer. It really depends on how "handy" you are.
Thanks for the reply :•) I thought about it some more and realized there is probably less stuff to go bad-- no roller to worry about, and anything motor related (besides maybe a switch) I wouldn't want to mess with anyway. I appreciate your time. And your video really covered it all.
