@@SergioGonzalez-jc5tq Sorry, but that's not a gladius. (A gladius is a latin word for a sword used by ancient roman foot soldiers). This here is actually a xiphos.
"It took the kids a while to get used to him" alexios, whats the weather today? its gental and mild like an athenian in battle, what the actual f- HUSH THE FORKED TONGUE!
FloatableClub10 Hera is the goddess actually, she’s the goddess of marriage and Zeus’s wife, but Zeus fell in love with a mortal women and had a child with her, hers was of course upset and they named the child Heracles meaning “glory of Hera” and Zeus gave the child to hera as retribution for cheating, when the Roman’s basically copied everything from the Greeks and renamed them they renamed Heracles into hurcules and that’s the name that caught on
*Kid:* Alexios, tell me a bedtime story. *Alexios:* _In a Council of the Gods, Poseidon absent, Pallas procureth an order for the restitution of Odysseus...._
Lol he said atheneans fight like tinny puppies! I was about to say "they fight like a girl" but woman in ancient Sparta have a same status as man or even higher in their society.
태선우TaeSunWoo just like your beauty. Intimidating since one so beautiful is often courted by stronger and more gifted warriors, and comforting because to gaze upon you is like gazing upon Aphrodite herself
@@Troop3r666 I'd have to disagree with you, the voice actor of Alexios did good, the emotion in his voice (in some scenes) was extremely good, like the part where pheobie dies. I also think he sounds like Ezio a little tbh
@@jenniemae87 the outfit is sort of accurate, the voice and accent however it's good. A light Greek accent as a heavy one would sound either bad or similar to a Spanish person speaking English.
Gonna try to keep this really short. Basically neither side was good or bad, but Persia expanded into modern day turkey and wound up with And handful of Ethnic Greeks in their territory. The Greeks owned slaves (which was illegal in Persia at the time) and hated foreigners, so they revolted and when that didn't go so well they sent for aid from Athens. Athens obliged, the revolts failed again but not before burning down a major Persian city with the help of Athenian troops, and Persia was pissed that Athens had been funding a rebellion in their territory so they went to kick their asses. Athens used its political power to muscle together a makeshift alliance, and the rest is history.
@@semihbuke4247 The only people who were kicked in the sea in Izmir were greek civilian residents of the city. The Greek army had already left Anatolia. Yeah Turks are in deed true Heros. Be proud kid.... be proud of your glorious history that has contributed so much to humanity.
Maybe they should create a tachanka version i can imagine it Me:tachanka tell me a bedtime story Tachanka: enemies walked to the room and i the lord killed them with my LMG MOUNTAIN AND LOADED
She aint. Cus the flashbacks when playing Kassandra she is trained.. Spartan women whilst revered for strength did not under go the male military training nor the agoge.. So alexios is more likely cannon.. Kassandra is there to satisfy political argunents...
@@mrdrebin123 Alexios confirmed he has trained at the agoge, which trains ONLY boys to become warriors in Sparta. If Kassandra said this line, it would be kinda ridiculous
When the game was first announced I was considering playing as Kassandra, but when I had Alexios has the spartan assistant, I couldn’t betray my main man.
I play for the side that gets me the most loot and everyone I fight for Athens they go down so much faster like I kill three captains immedatly and we are halfway dead somehow. For that reason and a few more I much rather fight for Sparta.
I love how instead of pointing a to z like the Amazon logo, the Alexios logo's arrow points from a to o as in alpha and omega, the first and last letters of the greek alphabet. Just a cool detail I noticed.
"Next up get your own personal Agent 47 that will tell you the stories of all the people he assassinated in the past and describe how to perfectly kill someone with any object of choice. This is great because he can teach your kids how to properly take care of problems on their own and hows to effectively hide bodies in plain sight.
