Awesome content bro! Iv been playing this assassin build for a while I thank you and others that share this play style. It’s truly a fun play but does require skill! Need that build video
Great stuff, welcome back to the light! Not sure if you've played around with the hatchet artifact, since you don't heavy with your GS much it might be worth trying out the CDR is pretty nutty on it
thats the most disgusting, least skill needed, cheesy build u can play atm.. if u have 0 skillz play BB/FS in heavy lol. as a joke, i let my son, 13 yrs, try n play heavy FT..( he has no NW gaming time) and he got multiple kills, lol. just walked around with a wall of flame damage nonstop.. i bet i could play that build drunk with one hand and one eye, and still be a menace. if u wanna get into more skilled NW pvp, try some other builds..
Thank you friend! Yeah to be honest I have been a bit nervous about streams... a bit of performance pressure. But on these Assassin builds I feel good about it. Thanks for the support and burn down your enemies with flames!
light melee is definitely the most fun class to play, but man is it aids when the firestaffs and ranged dex realize you're a light melee. You get targetted especially hard.
Have you considered not using Serenity? Sounds a bit counter-intuitive, but I don't think it's the best Assassin GS. You very rarely heavy attack, and refreshing move is pretty useless. You'd be better off with a Greatsword with Plague Crits + Attunement + Vicious, or a Weapon perk is likely better. Especially when you factor in Vicious & Plague Crits synergy with Keen Posture.
You get x10 empower when you hit with light attacks anyways. It’s still good, it’s practically BIS since you can get heavy attacks especially if you have a blue skill (protected).
How often are you actually light attacking though? I agree Balanced Blade is incredibly strong, but you rarely proc it more than once or twice per fight. The builds intended to kill squishies, if you need to auto them, the Hatchet does a much better job, despite its poor tracking.
@@benjaminwhite6452 i see your point and i agree, but running a blue skill with serenity helps you do those trenchant strikes especially since you can’t be staggered while heavy attacking. In regard to hatchet, idk man it has poorer tracking for people with high ping. It’s basically unusable for them for the most part. Which is why serenity would generally work best in an ideal scenario since it would be your main dps and hatchet as utility and 2nd dps if skills are on cd.
Problem wtih running with 5 mans is you get lazy I think. I feel you learn more when you don't have a pocket healer to heal you, and four team mates to come save you. I think it's worth the initial pain:)
The sad thing is no one watches the healer vids. I love doing Father Kamo but theres only a few people who like watching them. Also, sick of going out of my way to heal people and then not getting peeled for you know. But Im sure he will be back.
