That's his character. Everyone in the homestead are his friends, and he is not afraid to open up to them. But in main story he mostly meets unknown people, and he is very straight up with them. Also there is cool detail that Connor doesn't like when random people like Paul touch him,but he let's everyone in the homestead touch him, that's cute.
For some reason, I always enjoyed the homestead missions more than the normal storyline. They gave you the sense of building and nurturing something that will be there even after Connor dies. The people and the tales of each of each one of them and how they unite in the end. It's a nice way to show how communities are built. The beginning of something great that will outlive you. This was the best part of the game.
That sums up exactly what I felt when I did these missions a decade ago, it felt very personal to the point where I just stroll down the town to see the community we all built together.
@@CrimsonAngelWingesI think it would’ve been better if Connor and Shay met and talked with one another, maybe a quick fight instigated by Connor but in the end they sit across from each other at a table and talk before going their separate ways, each with some new closure. Connor learning why the creed ended up the way it did from Shay’s perspective and Shay learning that the assassins have improved and are no longer corrupt
@@cyvader101honestly no I feel like a proper closer would be Connor training a angry Arno that wants revenge and guide him and in the end Scarfice himself by fighting the templars and shay with shay assinating him and Connor dying like Achilles happy that he could guide someone from not following their path’s
Also showed us a side of Connor that you don’t see anywhere else in the game. He’s actually happy with these people and he finds peace helping them thrive and prosper as a community.
love that Connor has the duality of gentle and deadly at the same time.... and he took both persona to the extreme, really wont make an enemy of him...
If i complete all of the homestead missions, what can i ear? ( I suppose im prety close tho complete them) Also what about Peg legs missions ? I cant find the last 2 of them to have access to the ships mission peg legs
Late response but the Homestead Mission unlocks you a new outfit and the Peg Leg missions earn you an outfit and a ring that lessens the chances of taking gun fire damage
The game makes the effort to change the enemies depending on when you make the mission, as long as the Main Campaign hasn't passed certain point, the Red coats will be the ones, after that point the Revolutionaries will be the hostigators.
No. They should be all over the homestead itself or in the frontier/Boston/NY. They’re not all that hard to do or all that time consuming. There are just a lot of them. This is my 2nd play through and my first time bothering to complete all of the missions
You have to slightly move the left and right breakers (the yellow block) to the extremities of the HUD. Tap on the command to avoid having the breaker move over the L/R symbols. Bigger the jump you're going to make the breaker do, higher the chance it goes past the L/R symbol.
