"Ezio's Family" by Jesper Kyd has become a beloved theme throughout the Assassin's Creed games, introduced first as a theme for Ezio Auditore da Firenze in Assassin's Creed II. I've always loved this theme and was so excited to create my own rendition. I especially loved adding some Latin and English lyrics!

This is why I prefer the Templar. Law is what keeps people from committing whatever atrocity suits them at the time. If you don't listen to your own conscience, what kind of man are you? What gives the Assassins the right to decide what is correct action, especially if they don't limit themselves to law and morality? What gives them the right to work outside the rule of law? What right do they have to ignore what morally right and do whatever they want? When a man does something an atrocious act even though they know it's evil, what kind of man are they? I don't agree with the Templars that want a complete dictatorship, but the Assassins' creed basically says that they don't have to hold themselves accountable for their actions. May the Father of Understanding guide us.

The creed is not an excuse to run wild, it is a warning. Though we believe we live in a civilised world, it is more or less an illusion that holds it together. We cannot hide behind doctrine and dogma, nor excuse the crimes of others simply because their god told them it was merited. The maxim is an observation of the nature of reality.

"Wings spread broken Life lost meaning" - AC 1, Altair lost his Assassin priviledge and had to regain his place, while discovering the order he fought his whole life for is corrupt "One last prayer One more feeling" - Ezio's Journey, learning to pray for his fallen enemies while also learning to live a good life "Song of hope and liberation" - Connor and Aveline fighting to regain their freedom "Fight for honor, fight for freedom" - Edward learning to live with honour and fight for a better cause, because it will lead to his ultimate freedom

Then sweetheart you've got to play, I don't have to say anything, the comments above and below say it all, I feel all of them.... Ezio Auditore is not just a Game Character. The biggest reason why we're madly in love with him is not just the story, It's Uniqueness is that we get to see him BORN, Become a MAN, grow OLD and die a peaceful death at the age 65, all those worth of storyline, no one even knows themselves that closely. Probably because new games aren't AC games at all. They'll be good games in their own rights, great RPGs, great settings/locations/atmosphere, but it's just not assassin's creed anymore, it lost all the meaning, sadly.

Honestly, they are different games now. Not necessarily worse, but definitely different. Assassin's Creed Odyssey at its worst is a beautiful adventure RPG. At its best is an open world, teeming with life and wonders, and characters you will fall in love with. I STRONGLY recommend you play it for yourself! You will not find the experience lacking, that I promise you! I do also recommend that you play as Kassandra, but that was my personal choice and I have never regretted it!

“When” AC was good?? AC has ALWAYS been good! Granted I miss Jade Raymond and Corey May, and Ashraf/Darby added the worst aspects of the franchise, but overall it is far better than 98% of other games on the market!!

When I saw you were about to post a cover of Ezio's Family I wasn't that stoked. The song means so much to me as well as the Assassin's Creed franchise, not all covers give that same feeling as the original. However, the goosebumps and the feeling of home that I always feel when listening to the original version also appeared at yours. I love how you decided to do the lyrics at the end. Well done!

After listening to your songs I have now watched The Witcher, re-watched the LOTR and Hobbit movies, and am aching to play BG3.. let's add Assassin's Creed to that list :) You are really talented, have an amazing voice and I sincerely hope you are enjoying making this content as much as I am sure we all love listening to it.

If you didn't play to any AC, I recommend you to start as follow: AC 2, brotherhood, revelations, AC1 (old game but really interesting for the story behind), AC3, (AC4 blackflag important if you like the lore, or pirates, not really important if you want to stay close to the AC2 atmosphere), AC rogue, unity, syndicate (not quite necessary scenario wise imo but nice atmosphere and musics), origins, odyssey (be sure you have the atlantis quests available in your version) and vikings (I just finished Odyssey so I don't know if Vikings is important to play scenario wise) You can find the games up to AC syndicate really cheap on instantgaming or during steam sales if you do want to purchase them. :)
