OH YEAH SHOOT! I mixed up the two, yeah I think they'll do a good job I hope, I have never played Odyssey so I can't know how the gameplay/proggression feels in that game but I know many have said its a really good game. They also made Syndicate so there's that - chances are they'll use syndicate's swap between two characters idea!

@@Alninio My problem with Odyssey was the massive amount of copy pasted content all over the oversized map and the terrible after story dlc, the main female lead was really cool though.

I Know I'm reaching but Is it possible that we see an older shao Jun appearance or reference I know she's from china but her connection to the brotherhood and how close japan is to it may bring her to Japan she was born in 1505 this game is set in 1579 she would be 74 at this point by 1567, she had recruited and trained a number of apprentices, including Xiao Hu, who would go on to establish a new Brotherhood in Japan , I'm guessing that's him next to naoe at 2:37 most likely her mentor

If you want to learn about Japanese history this is most definitely not the reference you want to use lol. Most of the stories about yasuke are fiction. While he was a retainer, its still debated on weather or not he was actually a samurai he has no noticeable accomplishments aside from being a black man who is close to actual notable people from Japanese history. This game is gonna be mostly fictitious like most AC games.

Do you have no clue how Assassins Creed fiction works? The truth goes to the victors. It would make perfect sense that the Templars or whoever is in power would tarnish Yasuke's name and say he was not a warrior. It fits right into the AC universe. Stop crying.

Assassin's creed makes history exploration super fun but also, its important to know that they get A LOT of things accurate. They can also go wild with yasuke because of the fact there isn't so much known about him - its a perfect setting for a game. I think you're over-analyzing the franchise a fair bit without giving it a fair take!

@@Alninio ive grown up with the franchise. i'm telling you that this game is not a good reference on japanese history because the tale of yasuke they are using is mostly fictitious and to not take it seriously that is the point im making. Yes they get a lot of things right in AC but a lot is also made up and it's hard for anyone without deep knowledge on these events to know the distinction.

@@Sabatage307 Literally just said that Yasuke is going to be purely fictional. I know there is little known about him. I literally said this. Read again. This game is perfect to explore "untold" stories from less known people that interact with more common historical events, that's one of the most coolest thing about the conflict between Assassins vs Templars. I TOO have grown up with this franchise since the days of Altair. Did you know that Notre-Dame was used to repair the real life Notre-Dame? Would you not say they were historically accurate in the portrayal of that building? or how about many other sites in the game across the entire franchise? I think you've misunderstood my main point.
