Low key facts, Ezio was my favorite until I did a full playthrough of AC1 as an Adult. Then played Revelations. Now Altair is the best imo, he really lived and breathed his entire life by the creed. Even when he rebuilt it himself. He was trained since childhood, literally born into the brotherhood. He had the coolest story I think.

I've been an adult for my whole life then lol, this is coming from a guy who played ac bloodlines in his childhood, Ezio is still amazing from what I've seen and heard so far

I loved Altair's character first. I also picked up AC1 first as a kid.

I went back to play AC1 Recently & man... despite how simple the story & gameplay are these days... the simplicity is what makes it so much fun & the story of AC1 is the best in my eyes & holds true to everything that AC as a franchise SHOULD BE! He was the first assassin I played (in Bloodlines), I've always find him more fascinating despite his seemingly one-dimensional characterization at the beginning. Also he can vault, what a chad.

I do! Right now I’m weighing up whether I should tackle each of Ezio’s novels individually or if it’d be a better idea to do a “complete story” video like this one. It’ll be a while before that happens as I’ve got a few big videos in the pipeline and I certainly want to brush up on some of the weaker editing in this one, but I’ll eventually get to everyone. To be fair for connor. At least Altair still believe he has a "home" when he was a child. But Connor is entirely alone all the way through his childhood after his mom died and before he met Achilles. I would argue that having an imaginary home is still better than having no home

AC2 was an amazing game but Ubisoft should've taken a risk after that and gone with a new setting and character. Brotherhood and Revelations should've been side games and not mainline entries

@Ezio Auditore #1 I'm just saying what I would've wanted and my opinion #2 that's the thing I don't think that Bortherhood and Revelations were "the wishes of the original creators" I think it was a studio/executive decision because Ezio was a way more popular character than Altair and it was a safer bet to make more games with him as the MC rather than jump ship to a new one. But I don't know that for a fact it's just my gut feeling

@@MrShoe321 here's your problem: you can have your gut feeling like the other 10 billion of us on this planet, but that doesn't make it any more right - Patrice, Darby and Cory WANTED to make Ezios games and take the series in that direction. They wanted to make the flagship games we've gotten in those two years. Your gut feeling doesn't change a thing. 2 Brotherhood and Revelations were supposed to be one game but Patrice was fired after 2 thus Brotherhood and Revelations were subjected to full game releases. They didn't suck because the other two writers still had some kind of control over the franchise thus they were made in the states that they exist today. 3 was supposed to be finale of the franchise like Mass Effect and Modern Warfare 3 but oh my, low and behold, Ubisoft got involved completely afterwards. It's not an issue to be wrong or have your opinion, but it's important to analyze facts and objective evidence. You blame the Ezio games because they "were different". Those were by design and why they're so beloved. 3 was not, thus it was hated. You blaming the Ezio games for that is not only incorrect but ridiculous when there's so many other titles that did what AC2 did but worse, yet get praise.

Yeah but i hope in the remaster they dont eff up with the colour grading and keep it dark and scary
