Actually it did come out "half assed". Go ahead and play Brotherhood. Most of the animations during executions are shaking. In one specific execution where ezio grabs the head of the enemy to stab it with the hidden blade, the blade NEVER hits the head, yet the guard magically dies. The same animation exists in AC1 and AC2 ( before u get dual hidden blades ) and the animation is fcking amazing in those two. AC revelations, some executions in which Ezio stabs the guards with the hidden blade, the hidden blade doesnt come out at all from the bracer, it looks like he is punching them. And this is just the tip of the iceberg. AC2 ppl say its the best game in the series yet it has the worst AI in the whole series as well. The weird thing is that AC1 had BETTER AI. So, especially Brotherhood and Revelations came out while they could be polished Alot more. Pls keep in mind that u can still LIKE those games more than any other and that is your right and your opinion but it doesnt mean that the games didnt come out incomplete.
nah every Asassins Creed is important without AC 3 and 4, AC 2 wouldn`t make sense and without Unity and Syndicate, AC2 wouldn`t make sense as well the whole series defined Desmond even after he died, Desmond will define the future of AC and therefore every AC is as much relevant as AC 2
Jarjr222 Black Flag was better than AC 2..but that's it for the series going forward without a major rethink, the engine is dated to say the least and Unity and Syndicate were snooze fests.
The King Hakeen I feel like a lot of people gave criticized Desmond but I liked those parts. When i think about it in terms of gameplay then yeah, I guess you could say it was uneventful. But I loved the idea that you could go back to present day, it was like going to a different reality because things have changed so much from whatever time period you was playing in. I loved the part in Revalations (i think) where Desmond goes to the Colosseum, looking at the crumbled building with scaffholding on, and then going back in the Animus and seeing it looking good as new in it's heyday. It's small things like that that made the present day element so cool to me. I just wish they would have made use of the present day segments a bit more, made it a bit more open world and with more things to do. Desmond seemed to become an annoyance with most people that Ubisoft just wanted to get rid of, such a waste.
Alex Wells yea I guess he wasn't all bad viewing the original place where things happened then going back and seeing them torn down but recognizing the place was pretty cool
*_Loved these on PS3, and am loving them on PS4 again. I wish they were 60fps, but they run so much better than on PS3 that I honestly can't complain._*
No one has noticed? They didn't release a game all year. Because they wanted to take a year off and really polish the next game. Also the fact people were starting to get fatigued from the franchise. So this year to still milk money from the assassins Creed franchise they re-release the "Ezio Collections". I know maybe another studio ported this, but still. Let the people actually miss your games.
Imma get this now. I've never played an ac with Ezio in it. I've heard he is the best... I'm especially looking forward to playing revelations, where he is older. This is gonna be sick.
ps4 fosho only one of them is worth playing and it actually got a visual downgrade in this remaster. see the polygon comparison of AC2, the original version looks much better.
These 3 games are 20 dollars on PS3 PlayStation Store and The Ezio Collection is 60 on PS4 PlayStation Store with all DLC and better graphics, so I think this is worth picking up
is there a chance that there's a patch coming soon for the PRO? I have a screen that blacks out, white flickers and the LAN cable keeps losing connection. :(
origins versus legends is like purple versus violet. legends essentially has both games but I prefer the style and replayibilty of orgins and the longevity of legends.
Tony Bamanaboni [TomatoPowers] Well, we dont need to fight this one out, though. We are talking about the preference between two great games. :) The level design in Origins was more... magical compared to Legends. If that makes any sense at all.
L I hate to do this to you because no one likes to be reminded of dates and years, but AC II was released in 2009, roughly 7 years ago. That's nostalgia territory.
It doesn't take keen eyes to see the difference between 30 and 60 frames per second. What it does take is basic vision. I'd be surprised if this was a remaster at all, I see little difference between the footage from these trailers and the original games.
SpartanGaming Yeah my ACB on PC will no longer allow me to enter the game, it loads but then I doesn't respond when I press enter to get to the main menu
