I think there won't be much of a difference in performance between both igpu's but still i5 1334u would perform better than i5 1235u so if have an option for i5 1334u then go for that one

You might be able to run this but it may stutter a lot and performance might be lowered as it's performance is much lower in 8gb ram compared to 16gb ram
