@@anthonyshedd6411 Search for videos of watermelons being dropped onto water from like 20m or so. Watermelons are a fairly good equivalent to our heads' strength. Spoiler: The watermelons get obliterated and so would your head.

His hat is not very aerodynamic, so the mach 20 stream will smash it against his head. I'm ignoring completely an object travelling at mach 20, or 55 km/s will be incandescent.
