I think this one and black flag have tha best fighting animations considering yu can swap your weapons without pausing tha game and yu can use tha hidden blade as your primary

As a mostly violence desensitized gamer, this is the only game in the series that makes me wince due to how gritty the combat is. (However there only are only 9 games in the series so…)
