Well i had the same but with 16gb ram and i have a solution gi to the graphic settings and change the resoltion to windowed mod and afer that change it to full screen thats it a simple fix

Lol ya going to get mad but I bought a gforce gtx 750 ti ftw evga 2gb card for 50 bucks at goodwill. Just telling you so scrounge around you might find something good for cheap. I'd suggest buying a xbox 360 I found one for 39 dollars no cables but they are cheap and you should have a spare hdmi cable the controller use it double duty for you pc too get a wired one.
@@fahadyousuf9877 bro when i tried to play ac 4 igot the same problem To fox i set it to low resoultion and my fame opened but i cant enter the world so i go to the configuration file and set everything to low and the loading screen opened and please set the resolution to max and after this prosses finally i played the games pls try it if this world tell me 🙏
