The cops in your town are out of control. Based on you video evidence and the vexatious complaint made by 3rd party your mother would certainly have a case against Victoria Police in this instance.

O I have no doubt. They push my buttons and I choose not to use violence because I would get arrested but if I push their buttons they think it’s ok to use violence. All I want is equal rights and treatment
