same im also tired with those drama and rage bait CCs i saw it miles away they will keep focusing on the drama tho, because certain genshin drama gave them tons of view and ad money. ofc they will keep doing it again and again and turn into a full drama bait tuber
i remember seeing a tier list putting piper in C-D tier meanwhile shes HARD carrying me with my phys hares comp. glad to finally see a CC who knows what they're talking about.
Piper is S tier, people just don't realise it yet. The rate at which she stacks anomaly is insane, i get 2 assault procs off of a single EX, thats up to 60k, then another 20-30k disorder on top of that.

First time i played her i knew she was S tier, most CN tierlist rates her very highly, her downside is that she's slow and lots of animation lock, in other words there will be a S rank version of her without the cons.
@@yonehill doubt it. If so alot of cc should have already covered it. Even timaeuss video of chinese comps had it. But never explained it to detail how it works. But even so, just saying that alot of CC just copy whats trending and won't credit where they got it from. Not saying "ALL" but alot of them do

Funny part of the first clip is that the gatekeeper for building that team for me isn't Soldier 11, she's the only 5* I managed to get, it's Piper. Piper is the one 4* character I'm actually missing.

this, I've honestly felt they have favorites when it came down to deciding effects for the anomalies because my first time just playing this exact s11 and piper lucy team I was FLABBERGASTED at how much damage dissorder and especially assault does.
I've been using Grace+Piper since day 1 and was worried I was crazy, because there is no way it is as good as I though if no content creator has been talking about it. I agree, when our crit gear starts to become better, it may overtake this playstyle, but for now it feels so good!! Let us know how you're doing with it, piper stonks going up!
I have a feeling, that just like EM in Genshin with Nahida and Break Effect in HSR with Firefly - it will only SCALE up and up. Granted, Crit is also a thing (i.e. - Inferno metal set 4 piece, which gives + 28% (!!!) crit rate on hitting a burning evemy. But yeah - I have a feeling we're gonna have some fun once we have more characters.
I'm so noob that I only use her with Corin and Billy or Corin and Lycaon, but she's showing so much potential I'm gonna try her with other units and see where we go from there

Yep. Been using Physical team since day one. Piper is my favorite design and I knew she was cracked since the very first time I used her Ex Skill. It’s not just the Anomaly mechanic, but the rate at which Piper stacks it. And I have both Ellen and M2S1 Nekomiya for comparison.
Thank you for explaining, I was losing my mind when I started, my base level 1 characters were churning out 7k damage and I couldn't get it to proc consistently beside just button mashing, this makes sense that I was seeing the anomaly dmg
Watching and thinking about this video, this mechanic is probabbly originally intended by the Devs, that each team/organizations members are almost wildly elementally mix matched.
Soldier 11 being my first S-rank I too discovered that piper spin2win with some anomaly mastery relic demolishes everything even underleveled(11&lucy ate all the resources) Also equip the fire build-up S-rank bangboo for a smoother setup

Can you explain how the Flinch effect gets “blown up”? Because Flinch is an effect that doesn’t do any damage right? How does Disorder damage scale off of Flinch
Damn! I was playing something like this since the start because I like Sons of Calidon, sadly I got no Soldier 11. Was waiting for my second standard 5* and got her W-ENGINE T.T I know that the roster its really small. But is there another character to put instead of 11? Maybe Koleda or some other physical unit?
I don't have S11, but I have Koleda, Lucy and Piper. How would you rate this team im comparison to the S11+Lucy+Piper team you showed off? So far I have not invested my very limited resources into either of them. Or put another way, how important is S11 for that team?
You can test out your team comp in the VR simulation at the MC’s staff room, just try seeing how fast the anomaly build up is with the Koleda Lucy pair. Just make sure to also try the VR training to learn their mechanics and make the most of the anomaly build up.

Whenever you cause an assault proc to occur, it also applies the flinch effect to that enemy. Open your character screen and go to any physical character, click on the physical icon and click on the dropdown menu, it states: "Dealing Physical DMG to enemies accumulates Physical Anomaly Buildup, which triggers the Assault and Flinch effects. Assault interrupts the enemy and deals massive Physical DMG. Flinch increases the Daze the target takes for a period of time."
@@nakfr0g Thank you very much! After a long period of testing, I found out that the Flinch daze accumulation increase is 10%! I couldn't see it before, maybe because the numbers are low. I still can't see any Daze effect on Disorder.
So basically it doesn’t matter in which order you apply any of the 4 anomaly and than Assault or the other way around As long as you have Assault + 1 random Anomaly from the other 4, you can trigger Assault + Disorder easily correct?
Since I don't have S11 yet, Im working with Grace / Lucy / Piper, as you suggested. Which 3 star/4 star w-engines would you recommend, as well as relics for all of them?
I would argue that grace piper is the superior team. Stack as much anomaly stats in them as you can and you’ll get nukes larger than what I’ve shown here
so u put a physical depuff on an enemy and then another element, but then u finish the physical depuff meter and it will make the element one trigger? vice versa?
I cannot describe to you, for how long and how much I wanted "DoT detonation" in Hoyo game. And to FINALLY have it, in ZZZ, is such fun form makes me REALLY happy.
I've been using S11, Lucy and Anby. I tried switching anby for piper to test this team and I noticed by the time burn is applied to the enemy using S11, its already nearly dead. Did anyone that try this have the same problem?
Yeah i have been using piper and she feel so good. Love her animation, and she can basically clear a room with a single spin 2 win. Unfortunatly i have no soldier 11... I got lucy basically 10m ago.... Mmmh I could replace soldier 11 with koleda and drop the dps for a stunner (i have not tried applying assoult on a stunned enemy, does it increase?) Or i could do a corin rina piper combo, so all3 have their bonus unlocked, but i dont trust rina with status application....
I am honestly wandering if you would be able to spam disorders with something like Grace + Piper. From what I've got disorder dmg scales with lvl and mastery. Like in the trial with Grace she does 30K shocks and shock has what, 6s duration, 9 if you run her with Rina. Imagine just casually dropping 270K disorders each time, this sounds pretty nutty to me. Edit: btw, does PEN ratio affect anomaly dmg?
@@Matsu1_ she’s there to apply burn to trigger disorder. Ideally you would be running grace to apply Shock. Since she runs anomaly stats, which in turn will make the disorders much more powerful.
have the same comp as you but instead of piper i have a grace. what if you don't have a piper? can you run clorin if thats even going to be sufficient assault application? i use the B tier wdrive with a crit mainstat on my soldier - wondering if i should put that on lucy for crit boars too.
I tried to replicate the assault disorder using Corin, but her anomaly build up isn’t fast enough alone. A possible idea would be seeing if Grace can apply shock fast alone, and to run Corin with another physical attribute unit (maybe a future one since theres only attack type physical atm, aside from Piper).

I cleared defense stage 7 and 8. Stage 7 I got S grade. Granted I did spend some refreshes on disks. My second team is anomaly disorder team with Grace and Nicole building attribute mastery. And I bring the demon Bangboo for extra corruption buildup. Using Anby to bridge the two and turn on passives. But most of the time I just use her to proc assist defense. I try to not let her dilute Grace anomaly damage. You gotta be aware of the characters' energy and boss's attribute buildup at all time. It's pretty hard to play.
This is cool, but I really want someone to cover how to maximise Rina... I think I'm playing the mono electric team right, Anby/Anton/Rina but there's literally no videos about it to really solidify my understanding. Everyone is just putting out the 30th Ellen guide....
Disorder scales off of the strength of the anomalies that were used to trigger it, which in turn is based off of Anomaly mastery/proficiency for strength and buildup rate.
I've been using neko, piper, lucy team, and while I can't really proc disorder, it's been really fun seeing a bunch of assault procs which then buff my cat
Hardly optimal, but I've been running soukaku/piper/corin (colloquially 'axe loli' build) and shatter+disorder is pretty gnarly. And with piper and corin together I can proc assault VERY quickly.
yeah im glad i didn't bench piper since my initial reaction on getting her was like yeah probably not gonna play her. and then i give her a try and i was bamboozled by the damage
@@darn0k1 if you have them, then they’re fine as well. I just have a thing for assault procs. Butler is pretty good for piper as she wants that energy.
@nakfr0g I run neko with 2pc woodpecker and 4pc fang with the a rank street wengine. Piper, I just stacked as much anomaly and att pieces as I could 5/6, and run the anomaly b rank wengine that actually gives anomaly at 5*. Anby has 4pc daze set, 2pc electric, 4/6 impact pieces with her sig wengine. I stack shock with anby and use the s rank plugboo to help because piper and neko can stack assault very quickly, then when stunned spin to win Piper to 20stacks and let neko in for burst Gotta hit all those chains and hold nekos ex back to get street wengine to 3 stacks. Anyway, that's my take. The comp has great flow if you're hitting all combos and chains. I do have s11 and Lucy so I'm going to try that out.
Im so happy Piper is getting recognition. So many CC just push her aside because they view her as DPS rather than Sub/Anomoly Unit. During my time playing her. If you use 2 or 3 regular attacks then spin with her skill. Her spin wind up increases and she will be building up Physical anomaly.

Wait so the reason why I want burn into assault rather than burn into shock is that disorder only pops the damage of the first dot? shock wouldnt get its entire damage summed up? Did I understand that right?

Lucy isn't a key component in this comp, outside of piper who will be applying the assault, you want fast anomaly builders for shock, burn or corruption. This can be Grace, Anton, Soldier 11, Zhu Yuan, etc
You just want fast anomaly applicators, so you don't necessarily need to run an S11 team. Someone like grace, rina or anton can apply fast shocks for example.

Couple things, Isn't corruption just ether dmg amp, so no damage to proc? What makes it make the list then and not shatter. Next, Isn't piper just higher base anomaly mastery? Meaning assault isn't actually more dmg but she just happens to make it more because of her stat (did you test with an equally high anomaly mastery geared unit?) to figure out the debuff in a nutshell and not character base. Piper will always excel with 1:1 gear but that doesn't justify the actual anomaly itself) And lastly, you said if you proc Shock with Burn it won't count it cause it consumes it. Let's say Your Burn damage would've been 30k, your Shock damage would've been 30k, and your assault is 30k. If you do Burn -> Assault + disorder you get 5k + 30k + 25k (you proc'd the rest of the burn all at once). If you do Shock -> Disorder (which you state includes Burn's damage in the calculation) then isn't it still just 5k -> (55k, the remaining 25k + 30k from burn) which is also just 60k.
