love it! it is a good thing you mentioned it takes a few days- it seems like magic to me LOL i am beginning to catch onto all the layering and color sequence now. so much detail and personality in these fishes!
You are an inspiration to me. You facinate me. With your sharing of your knowledge I took on a big project.i mentioned it to you a long time ago.thank you so much. I wanted to share a picture I am almost done. Thanks again for your inspiration 🙏
My goodness, Ina! I have so much appreciation for you and your talent. My town is home to the National Trout Festival each April. I wonder if I can pull off a couple fish that could be recognized as trout. lol I better get to working on it now! 😅
Sounds like a great idea. Make a simple drawing of a trout and work within that outline. No matter how much details you'll add, it should still be recognizable. Thanks Debbie for watching and good luck with your project.
Hi Ina! I know the light colors are fussier and you have to be careful with the waxes, not touching the wrong places. But the contrast is so powerful in this art piece. I was surprised when you added the gloss black on the frames. I hoped you might do just the outside frame and leave the inside matt. I think i loved those frames natural after you added the brass corners, just beautiful. I love all of your creativity. Always a fan ❤❤❤❤
Thanks so much Laura. I am glad you like the way, this one came out. The frame came with those cool brass corners ,but the rest of the frame was plastic and not all that natural looking. Matte may have worked too, just did not have any, I very much appreciate your input. : )
@@InaSolsberyartroom Just realized I forgot to mention how incredible the fish are! Love the bangles on the watch, almost like looking through his bones. And just the ways you worked to make them really convex not just 3d!!
