Hi, you can push the wheels in at the bottom.

You can turn it upside down and press hard to push the wheels in. You have to use some pressure.

it would have been easier if they used velcro. I dont like the way it was designed. Its not easy to setup

you didnt need a drill or anything? everything was able to be screwed in by hand? (looking to get one for my dorm and its kind of last minute)

Hi, No, I did not have to use a drill. I was able to just screw it in by hand. Let me know if you have any other questions. This shoe rack works really well. I love it!

There is a small tool that comes with it that helps to screw the nails in.
