Awesome, thank you so very much. Helps us video learners so very much. I also didn't realize there are other extension Mag rings available for the use of longer bits. As you know, this CNC stuff is totally new to me, and any and all help you and your videos have given is truly appreciated. You and your company are truly amazing.

Now that we're in the warehouse.. and I have more regular quiet time... I can finally start producing more videos. They're fun to do and so helpful in explaining sometimes complicated CNC topics.

Daniel, great video and very timely. Just purchased the water cooled PwnCNC spindle and v10 dust boot for my Onefinity Journeyman with Z-20 heavy duty Z slider for non-elite machine (and no stiffy rail). After watching your video, I was able to find the hose clamp that clamps onto the spindle for the front. However, I was confused on the which options to pick for the rear 90 degree hose clamp you had on your video that will work with the non-elite machine stepper motor. Thanks for your help.

I haven't seen any videos on what it is like to change bits. I just ordered one but wonder about that.

Great video. I have the V10 dust boot for the 4" hose. Are there hose clamps for the 4" hose like you installed for the 2" toward the end of the video? My hose is flying all over the place without something to keep it in place. I am amazed at how creative you are to make all of these devices. Keep it up.

Definitely… there’s a 4” attachment in the options: pwncnc.com/products/ultimate-hose-clamp

Hay Danial, thanks for the great video. Could you do one on the V9 in action on the elite… Thanks!

Absolutely. I’ll get it prepared asap and recorded. I’ve been wanting to do another 3D carve with the new Cody bits I’ve picked up recently. ;-)

Any ideas how a dust boot would work with narrow but deep cuts from 5" to 6" deep?
@PwnCNC
@PwnCNC 2 месяца назад
The deepness of the cut is definitely the difficulty for any of these style boots which are abundant on the market. The boot's body will hit narrow/deep walls making it almost impossible to utilize this type of boot. Narrow but very deep (5-6in) presents a whole lot of design challenges and will be very difficult to setup anything existing boot design. If it were me, I'd setup air spraying at the bit and helping keep the chips away from the cutter, as well as an enclosure or some other machine-size containment for the dust and clean-up afterwards.

@@PwnCNC Yes, so you see my issue....for now because the pocket cut is limited in size, the solution is to hold a shop vac end near the pocket while cutting...an enclosure in my particular case will not work...when I have completed my proof of concept case for the work I am doing, will post a video...

Do you sell the parts to convert a 2.5 inch version to a 4 inch version?

We have designed a few options, can you describe which 4" product you're wanting to change to 2.5"? there are a few and different adapters work better for each situation.

@@PwnCNC I ordered the 2.5 inch dust port for the spindle I have on the way. Mainly to accommodate existing connections. But the HF dust system I have is a bit weak and I was thinking I may have to go to 4" at some point. I ordered the V10. Can't wait for it all to get here! I am slugging through with an original X-carve!

170$ you’d think they would at least have it assembled.
